Participation Conditions for Akbatı “Bizden Size Sizden Sevdiklerinize” Campaign
1. The campaign will apply to any shopping worth TRY 500 and above in one go on September 21-22, 2019. Shoppers are required to download Akbatı Mobile App to their mobile devices and register in the system in order to join the campaign. Shoppers who are eligible will be given a Param Akbatı Card with TRY 100 uploaded as a gift.
2. Param Akbatı Cards will expire on October 6, 2019.
3. Throughout the campaign, customers who do shopping in any Akbatı store (excluding all restaurants and cafes at the Restaurants Square outside the shopping mall) should submit their bills/invoices to the Campaign Registration Point on the same day by indicating their full name, address, phone number, e-mail address, shopping value and store in order to get a Param Akbatı Card.
4. The same person may benefit from the campaign only once. A single Param Classic Card worth TRY 100 will be issued even if a customer does shopping worth double or more than TRY 500.
5. The campaign gift is limited with the stocks in that the first 500 customers will be entitled to receive a Param Akbatı Card.
6. Akbatı AVM store staff and Akyaşam Yönetim Hizmetleri A.Ş. staff may not participate in the campaign.
7. Param Akbatı Card is a bank card valid in the POS equipment of the banks included in Interbank Card Centre (BKM) system.
8. Send an SMS to 0850 988 99 99 by writing AKTIF space 16-digit card number space 4-digit password in order to activate your card and set your password.
9. Cardholders will be responsible for keeping Param Akbatı Card secure as well as any loss thereof. AKBATI will not replace any card in case of theft, loss or damage to cards.
10. Please visit the Campaign Registration Point or call 0212 397 70 70 for all questions about the use of Param Akbatı Card.
11. Everyone who joins the campaign will be considered to have agreed with the campaign conditions.
12. The name of the participant should be same as the name on the invoice.
13. Documents without a financial value will not be admitted. It is mandatory to submit printed copies of e-invoices/e-archive invoices.
14. In case of return of any product purchased under the campaign, the gift card given to the relevant shopper will be cancelled. All kinds of legal and financial liability arising from product returns will rest with the respective consumers.
15. Param Akbatı Cards may not be converted into cash.
16. Shopping made with gift checks and exchange vouchers will not be included in the campaign.
17. The money uploaded on Param Akbatı Card may be spent in more than one shopping.
18. Akbatı AVM Management reserves the right to amend the conditions for the campaign.
